My approach to treatment involves first helping you to identify your goals and needs and then identifying your strengths to help you address these barriers. I also utilize a number of cognitive-behavioral, evidence-based therapies, with an emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These treatments have been rigorously studied and shown to be effective for a range of different mental health challenges.

My goal is to get to know you and help you to identify the best strategies for you to help manage your life. I’ll work with you to break down challenges and to develop new strategies for moving forward. Simply put, I want to help you do more of what is working and do less of what isn’t working!
